摘要

Abstract

This paper establishes a model of current sensor based on Simulink according to the principle of zero flux. In order to compensate error of micro current sensor accurately,and improve the accuracy measured,active compen-sation and passive compensation are combined to decrease current sensor measurement error in the area of small current. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the validity and correctness of the model. On the basis of estab-lished model,this paper develops a micro current sensor,and its error has been measured. The results show that the accuracy of the current sensor can reach to grade 0.2 by using the above compensating process,when the measuring range is from milliampere to microampere.
