摘要

Abstract

The cinc cobaltate (ZnCo2O4)/carbon nanotube (CNT) composite microspheres with porous floccule structure were prepared by solvothermal method.The phase and morphology were analyzed by XRD and SEM,the electrochemical performance was measured by galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic vohammetry.The porous structure of ZnCo2 O4 was exhibited by CNT,which could improve the electrochemical performance as anode material of Li-ion battery.When cycled in 0.01-3.00 V with the current of 500 mA/g,the initial specific charge and discharge capacity of ZnCo2O4/CNT were 1 002.3 mAh/g and 1 284.9 mAh/g,respectively,and the initial coulombic efficiency was 78.00%.The specific charge and discharge capacity of the 50th cycle were 1 197.2 mAh/g and 1 209.8 mAh/g,and the coulombic efficiency was up to 98.96%.
