Abstract
With the development of smart grid construction , the smart distribution system is also constantly upgrading . The synchronized phasor measurement technology not only applies to transmission system , it also plays an active role in achieving smart distribution system .This paper introduces the concept of synchronized phasor measurement system in distribution system based on American FNET system and domestic WAMS Light system .Then, a review on diagnos-tic applications of synchronized phasor measurement technology in distribution system is presented from the following aspects:state estimation , fault location , harmonic estimation and island detection .Meanwhile , a review on control ap-plications of synchronized phasor measurement technology is presented from following aspects : micro-grid coordina-tion, power quality control , control and protection .Finally, some solutions are proposed to deal with problems en-countered in the development of synchronized phasor measurement technology .关键词
