Analysis of Electromagnetic Force and Rotor Mechanical Strength on Flux-Concentrating Transverse Flux PM Machine with Passive Rotor
摘要
Abstract
Based on a two-phase flux-concentrating transverse flux PM machine with passive rotor,the structure characteristics and operation principle of the machine were analyzed in this paper.The 3D simulation model of the machine was established,then the electromagnetic force of the rotor under various load conditions was obtained.The stress field was adopted to study the stress distribution and deformation of the rotor by imposing the electromagnetic force on it.The results indicate that the rotor of the prototype machine has sufficient mechanical strength and structural stiffness.关键词
