基于多事件同步软件锰酸锂电池锂离子筛研究
Research of lithium battery lithium ion sieve based on multi event synchronization software
摘要
Abstract
Lithium manganate lithium ion sieve were synthesized by sol-gel method and low temperature solid state reaction method.A comparative analysis was carried out through multi event synchronization software of synthesis and structure of lithium manganate lithium ion sieve of different methods and separation factor of saturated exchange capacity.Then the structure was characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The analysis results show that the lithium manganese oxide and ion sieve are spinel structure through the two methods of synthesis.The lithium ion exchange capacity were 27.25 mg/g (3.76 mmol/g) and 16.12 mg/g (2.34 mmol/g) by the sol-gel method and the low temperature solid state reaction method.The separation factor αNaLi were 213 and 21.This shows that the performance of lithium ion sieve prepared by the sol-gel method is better.关键词
