摘要

Abstract

The experiment of vacuum welding on ceramic metal insulator was carried out.The results show that the product quality is related to heating/cooling rate,welding temperature and holding time.The best quality was obtained under the condition of slow heating/cooling rate,welding temperature that higher than the solder flow point T2 ℃ and 3 h of holding time.
