摘要

Abstract

The hardware circuit and software realization of the data acquisition module of power battery management system were designed using AT89C51CC03 MCU and battery monitor chip LTC6803.Master module,power module,each data acquisition module and communication module were described in detail.The circuit schematics of voltage,current,temperature acquisition module,RS232 and CAN communication module were given.The precise sampling of voltage and other signals was achieved.The parameter information of battery pack was transmitted via the CAN bus to the vehicle controller and electronic control unit for data processing.The program flow chart of the data acquisition module was designed and the software realization of voltage signal acquisition was introduced.The temperature measurement subroutine was given.Finally,the practical value of the designed data acquisition module was analyzed.
