摘要

Abstract

With the large-scale development of electric vehicles (EVs),its flexible charging/discharging temporal transfer ability makes the order of EV charging/discharging selection one of the most important factors to cause load peaks in the active distribution network (ADN).The intensive and disordered usage of electric power by a large number of EVs may cause network congestion.Based on the actual situation of China's power market and by combining the flexible charging/discharging ability of EV group with the power output flexibility of controlled distributed generators in the AND,a source-load coordination based multi objective congestion dispatch model considering the charging/discharging fees adjusting strategy is proposed.In the proposed strategy the EV group,controlled distributed generators and the purchased power from the large power grid are taken as the dispatch objects,and the minimum charging/discharging costs of EV group and system generation cost as the objective.The example shows that the strategy proposed can reduce congestion effects and improve safety and economy of the power grid operation.
