44例儿童维生素K1注射液不良反应调查分析
Adverse Reactions of Vitamin K1 Injection in 44 Children

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the adverse reactions of vitamin K1 injection in our hospital,and promote medication safty in clinic.Methods:In-patients in our hospital who had adverse reactions caused by vitamin K1 injection from January,2007 to May,2016 as research objects were selected,the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The most common adverse reaction caused by vitamin K1 injection was the skin and accessories damage.ADR caused by intravenous administration was account for 97.73％,occurred within 30 min after medication.There were 10 cases of serious adverse events in forty-four cases of adverse reactions,had occurred within 10 minutes after medication.Conclusion:In order to reduce adverse reactions,vitamin K1 injection should be used rationally to indications,avoided incompatibility,reduced drug combination.Adverse reactions should be monitored when using vitamin K1.关键词
