肝癌患者癌组织及血清中CD163的表达水平及意义
Significance and expression levels of CD163 in cancer tissue and serum of patients with primary liver cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance and expression levels of CD163 in cancer tissues and serum of patients with liver cancer.Methods From Sep.2013 to Sep.2016,a total of 100 patients with primary liver cancer treated at our hospital were taken as clinical objects,and they were set as an observation group.At the same time,50 healthy persons were selected as a control group.The expression levels of CD163 in cancer tissues,normal liver tissues and serum were compared.Results The expression level of CD163 in the cancer tissue in the observation group was (47.96±13.35) ng/ml,which was obviously higher than that in the normal liver tissue in the control group [(20.50±6.57) ng/ml],with a statistical difference (t=13.721 0,P=0.000 0).The expression level of CD 163 in the serum in the observation group was (2 000.25±833.11) ng/ml,which was obviously higher than that in the serum in the control group [(307.76±140.18) ng/ml],with a statistical difference (t=14.241 5,P=0.000 0).Conclusion The expression levels of CD163 in the cancer tissue and serum of patients with primary liver cancer are significantly increased,which can provide important reference for the clinical diagnosis of liver cancer.关键词
