摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of mepilex for patients with medical device related pressure injury in tracheotomy neck skin.Methods The patients with tracheostomy tube treated at our hospital from November,2015 to September,2016 were selected as study objects.The tratreal tubes were routinely fastened and the patients' neck skin was coated with mepilex.The patients' medical device related pressure injury was observed.Results The neck skin ulcers,skin trench,and flush situations were observed and the results were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).It was statistically significant that using mepilex to prevent and control medical device related pressure injury neck skin after tracheotomy.Conclusion Mepilex can effectively prevent and control medical device related pressure injury in neck skin after tracheotomy.关键词
