Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical use of antibiotics in elderly patients with pneumonia and the rational use of drugs,put forward the medication recommendations to guide the clinical practice.Methods 32 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2017 were collected,the antibiotic use of the patients was analyzed by retrospective analysis method in order to judge the rationality of clinical medication,sum up the way of controlling drug resistance,improve the cure rate of clinical elderly pneumonia.Results For elderly patients with pneumonia,there were 16 kinds of antibiotics in clinical use,accompanied by traditional Chinese medicine preparations with the antibacterial effect,the combination therapy program was common,the clinica[cure rate was 37.5％,the improvement rate was 62.5％.Conclusions For elderly patients with pneumonia,antibiotic medication should select highly efficient and sensitive drugs,mainly based on pathogen examination and drug sensitivity test results,strictly follow the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics,make a reasonable medication for adverse reactions,and make an effective implementation of drug monitoring,to strive for the best effect.关键词
