碳掺杂ZnO的制备及其光催化性能
Preparation and photocatalytic properties of ZnO doped with carbon

Abstract
ZnO photocatalyst doped with different concentrations of C was prepared via the hydrothermal calcination two-step method.The photocatalytic performances of different C-ZnO catalysts were evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution.Characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and UV-vis analysis,the as-prepared sample showed the best photocatalytic performance when the C content was 9%,which was attributed to the restriction on the recombination of electron-hole pairs,resulting in the enhancement of the absorption ability of C-ZnO catalyst in visible light region.The highest degradation efficiency was 90.5 % when C-ZnO catalyst was applied in the photocatalytic degradation experiments of methyl orange for 3 h,which was 2.12 times higher than that of the un-doped ZnO(42.6%).In addition,ZnO photocatalyst doped with 9% C exhibited the maximum degradation rate,6.3 times as fast as the un-doped ZnO.关键词
