Two-Dimensional Materials: Structure, Preparation and Properties
摘要
Abstract
Two-dimensional (2D) materials represented by graphene have unique 2D layered structure,exhibiting excellent physical,chemical,electronic and optical properties for a wide spectra of applications.Since the discovery of graphene,2D materials have attracted extensive attentions in various fields.Based on the composition of 2D materials,they were divided into five categories:element,nonmetallic compound,metallic compound,salt and organic.The structural characteristics of 2D materials were described,the preparation methods,as well as their properties and potential applications in electronics/optoelectronics,catalysis,energy storageand conversion,sensors and environmental remediation were summarized.关键词
