摘要

Abstract

The formation process of 2CaO·2SrO·3Al2O3·SO3,which is a type of Sr-bearing ye'elimite,was investigated.The contentof C2(S)A3$ in clinkers sintered in different temperatures and prolong time was determined via the Rietveld quantitative phase analysis.The formation process follows the kinetic models.The results show that the content of C2(S)2A3$ increases with increasing the holding time at 1 150-1 350 ℃,and the content of C2(S)2A3$ is 97.3% in clinkers at 1 350 ℃ for 180 min.C2(S)A3$ starts to decompose at 1 400 ℃C when prolong time exceeds 30 min.The content of C2(S)2A3$ decreases with increasing the holding time at 1 450 ℃.The solid-phase reaction of C2(S)2A3$ formation fits the three-dimensional diffusion model,and the Jander model gives the optimal fitting results.The activation energy of C2(S)2A3$ is 479 kJ/mol.The sintering temperature affects the mesoscopic morphology of C2(S)2A3$ particles,while does not affect the elementary distribution and component.
