基于MF的LPFG磁场传感器的温度补偿研究

Abstract
The optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is sensitive to temperature and is not sensitive to the refractive index of the external environment.This property can be used as a compensation for the magnetic field sensor's temperature.To improve the temperature sensitivity of the system,FBG surface is coated with Polymethyle methacrylate (PMMA).This system solves the problem of insufficient temperature considerations for magnetic field sensing schemes based on magnetic fluid (MF) and long period fiber grating.Through the theoretical calculation and system simulation,the measurement of the magnetic field in the range of 400Oe is realized,and the accuracy of the magnetic field measurement is more than 77 percent higher than that of the system without temperature compensation.关键词
