Influence of MMP-10 gene silencing on subcutaneous tumor of human lung adenocarcinoma cells in nude mice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinases-10 (MMP-10) gene silencing on subcutaneous tumor of human lung adenocarcinoma cells in nude mice.Methods:Adopting lentivirus of siRNA which carry interference sequence to silence the expression of MMP-10 gene in A549 cells,building MMP-10 silence stable cells strain and nude-mouse transplanted tumor model,and comparing the differences of growth speed,size,and weight of nude mouse with subcutaneous tumor between the experimental group (A549-si MMP-10) and the control group (A549-NC).Results:The growth speed of tumor from A549-si MMP-10 group was significantly slower than the A549-NC group,as well as the size and weight (P＜0.05).Conclusion:MMP-10 genes might relate to the occurrence and development of adenocarcinoma cells of human lung.关键词
