ErbB2、VEGF和β-catenin在颌骨骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义
Expressions and clinical significance of ErbB2, VEGF and β-catenin in jaw osteosarcoma patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of ErbB2,VEGF and β-catenin in jaw osteosarcoma patients.Methods:The osteosarcoma tissues from 30 cases of patients were collected and divided into high differentiation group and low differentiation group according to the postoperative pathological diagnosis.The expressions of ErbB2,VEGF and β-catenin were determined by immunohistochemical staining and compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rates of ErbB2,VEGF and β-catenin in these patients were 57％,93％ and 60％,respectively.ErbB2 positive expression rates in high differentiation group and low differentiation group were respectively 60％ and 50％,VEGF were both 90％,and β-catenin were 70％ and 60％.There were no significant differences in the positive expression rates of ErbB2,VEGF and β-catenin between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of ErbB2,VEGF and β-catenin in jaw osteosarcoma patients were up-regulated,but were not related to tumor differentiation degree.The positive rates of ErbB2,VEGF and β-atenin expressions could be an important indicator for judging the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.关键词
