MYL9在非小细胞肺癌淋巴结和外周血中的表达及其临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of MYL9 in lymph node and peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of myosin light chain 9 (MYL9) in lymph nodes and peripheral blood in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to explore the relationship between MYL9 expression and the clinicopathologic features.Methods:60 patients with NSCLC who underwent pulmonary lobectomy and systematic lymph node dissection in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2016 were selected as a study group.60 healthy subjects who had no history of cancer were enrolled as a control group.The mRNA and protein expressions of MYL9 in the lymph nodes and peripheral blood were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) and western blotting,respectively,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:MYL9 mRNA and protein expressions in peripheral blood were higher in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Patients with lymphatic metastasis had higher level of MYL9 expression (P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that tumor differentiation and lymph node staging were independent risk factors for MYL9 expression in patients with NSCLC.Conclusion:MYL9 might be involved in the process of tumor metastasis in NSCLC,and was a potential prognostic indicator.关键词
