摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Xuebijing injection combined with hemoperfusion in early treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Methods A total of 55 patients with acute paraquat poisoning admitted during June 2015 and June 2016 were divided into control group (n =27) and observation group (n =28) according to treatment methods.Control group was given hemoperfusion treatment on the basis of conventional application of first aid treatment,while observation group was added with Xuebijing injection on the basis of treatment for control group.Serum C-reactive protein (CRP),malondialdehyde (MDA) and arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels,activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) before and after treatment,improved conditions of liver function and fatality rate were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,in observation group,serum CRP and MDA levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.05),while values of SOD activity and SpO2 were significantly increased (P < 0.05);improved conditions of organ function were significantly better,and fatality rate was significantly lower compared with those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with hemoperfusion can achieve good effect in early treatment of patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
