全膝关节置换术和单踝置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果及对肢体功能的影响
Effects of Total Knee Replacement and Single Ankle Arthroplasty in Treatment of Patients with Osteoarthrosis of Knee and Their Influences on Limb Functions

Abstract
Objective To obscrvc the total knee replacement and single ankle arthroplasty in treatment of pa tients with osteoarthritis of knee and their influences on limb functions.Methods A total of 90 patients with osteoarthritis of knee admitted during March 2014 and August 2016 were divided into control group (n =45) and observation group (n =45) according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with single ankle arthroplasty,while observation group was treated with total knee replacement.Clinical effects and limnb functions were compared in two groups.Results In two groups,scores of American Knee association score,quality of life and total quality of life 1 months after operation were significantly higher than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Valnes of visual analogue scale of pain in 6 and 12 months after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with those by single ankle arthroplasty,total knee replacement can improve limb function and quality of life with low incidence rate of postoperative complications in treatment of patients with osteoarthritis.关键词
