单侧Ⅱ类牵引对成年大鼠颞下颌关节滑膜的影响
Effects of unilateral class Ⅱ traction on synovial membrane of tem-poromandibular joint in adult rats

Abstract
Aim:To study the effects of unilateral class Ⅱtraction on temporomandibular joint ( TMJ) synovial mem-brane in adult rats .Methods:A total of 1808-week-old male SD rats were randomly allocated into three groups:group A ( experimental group ) ,fixed Ni-Ti spring loaded about 20 grams between the first molar and the upper incisor of right;group B(sham operation group),fixed Ni-Ti spring but not loaded;group C(control group), fixed no spring.Rats of each group were sacrificed at the time points(the 1st,3rd,7th,14th,21st,28th day), then the right synovial tissue of double plate area was prepared ,and HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the histological changes of synovial tissue and detect the expressions of IL-1βand VEGF, respectively.The relationship between the pathological score and the expressions of IL-1βand VEGF in group A was analyzed .Results:The expressions of IL-1βand VEGF in group A at each time point were higher than those of group B and group C (P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between the patho-logical score and the expression of IL-1βor VEGF in group A(r=0.912, 0.930, P<0.001).Conclusion: Unilateral class Ⅱtraction could cause histological changes of TMJ synovial tissue .There is a positive correlation between the histolog-ical changes and the expression of IL-1βor VEGF.关键词
