盐胁迫对南方泡桐基因表达的影响
Effect of salt stress on gene expressions of different genotypes of Paulownia australis

Abstract
To elucidate the molecular mechanism of polyploidy Paulownia response to salt stress,RNA-Seq technology was used to research changes of genes in response to salinity tolerance in tetraploid Paulownia australis and its diploid with Paulownia reference genome sequences.A total of 2 940 differentially expressed genes related to salt stress were identified in four libraries.GO function classification showed that the differentially expressed genes were involved in 39 categories,and most of them involved in cells,binding,catalysis and other classifications.KEGG pathway analysis indicated that these differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in the synthesis of plant hormone signal transduction,carbon metabolism,and biosynthesis of amino acid.Among these differentially expressed genes,MYB,WRKY,and bZIP,ATPase were differentially expressered,suggesting that these genes may be potential genes of salt response.In addition,quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)technology was used to validate the expression data measured by RNA-seq for nine randomly selected differentially genes.These results suggested that the RNA-seq dataset was dependable.关键词
