丙酮肟酸催化水解制备羟胺的研究
Study on preparation of hydroxylamine from the acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of acetone oxime
摘要
Abstract
In the present study,the effects of different solid acid catalysts on the hydrolysis of acetone oxime were firstly studied,and the optimal aminosulfonic acid was selected.Then,various experimental conditions such as catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and time were investigated comprehensively.The results showed that the optimal ratio of solid acid to acetone oxime is 0.75∶ 1,and the appropriate reaction temperature is 25 ℃ with reaction time of 1 hour.When the added water content is 30 ~50 mL,the conversion rate of acetone oxime reached above 40%,and the selectivity of hydroxylamine and acetone reached more than 93% and 95%,respectively.关键词
