河南省城市土地利用效率时空演变特征分析
Study on temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of urban land use efficiency in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Based on DEA-CCR and SBM-Undesirable models,we compared urban land use efficiency during 2005-2014 in Henan Province to abstract temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and analyzed efficiency structural changes and set variable improvement objectives for non effective cities.The results showed that:not considering undesirable output factors caused the evaluation results of urban land use efficiency to have large distortion;the urban land use efficiency in Henan Province,affected by macro policy and regional development,had experienced three stages of change,"dropping first and rising later","being stable and efficient","falling back and rising" in time and the characteristics of "central gathered-edge dispersed" in space;the main driving force of efficiency structure changes was the technological progress,and the whole province showed a weak progress situation;the improper allocation of social economic resources caused input redundancy and insufficient expected outputs and increased unexpected outputs,which needs to be improved according to relevant proportion.关键词
