不同收入视角下农户对农村公共品的需求偏好分析
Analysis on farmers' demand preference for rural public goods from perspective of different income
摘要
Abstract
Using sampls of 1 146 rural households in the provinces of Xi'an,Henan,Shanxi,Shaanxi,Guizhou and Ningxia,this paper adopts logistic model to analyze farmers' demand preference for rural public goods and the influencing factors in view of income heterogeneity.The results show that the farmers' demand preference for rural public goods was more intense and its demand increased with the increase of income levels.The farmers' demand preference for different types of public goods have some differences,that is,farmers' demand for health care is the most intense,followed by the rural roads,rural social security,and rural culture and entertainment,rural basic education.Farmers' demand shows different characteristics for different types of public goods in the different income levels.Different factors have different effects on the farmers' demand preference for rural public goods,and the key factors are village economic development degree,education,supporting degree of policy,effect of local government on the implementation of central policies.关键词
