填脐疗法配合针刺治疗老年性失眠的临床观察
Clinical Effect of Hilum Therapy Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Insomnia

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of hilum therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile insomnia. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups (30 cases in each group). The treatment group was treated with hilum therapy combined with acupuncture, the acupuncture group was treated by simple acupuncture, and drug group was treated with alprazolam. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) in the three groups after treatment were evaluated. Results The total effective rate, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) in the treatment group were better than the acupuncture group, there was signifi-cant difference between two groups (P<0.01). The total efficiency and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the treatment group were equal to those in the drug group (P>0.05), the adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the con-trol group (P<0.01). Conclusion The hilum therapy combined with acupuncture is an effective and safe method for the treat-ment of senile insomnia, which is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
