气相色谱仪数据处理方法研究和软件研制OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Development of Method and Software for Data Processing in Gas Chromatograph
为了优化气相色谱仪的数据处理方法,提高其分析精度,研究了中位值滤波与小波滤波相结合的两级滤波方法,对色谱信号进行有效的预处理;采用两种基线校正方法对基线进行校正;针对重叠峰,提出了交点垂线法和比例分配法,极大地提高了分峰精度.基于MATLAB语言,编制了离线和在线分析软件,实现上述功能,具有良好的用户界面,并取得实际应用效果.
