摘要
Abstract
Improvement scheme for the intelligent manufacturing level of cotton textile enterprise was discussed.The necessity and urgency to improve the intelligentization of current enterprises,the difficulties and key points during intelligentization improvement were analyzed.Detailed solving methods were put forward.The improvement scheme for the intelligent manufacturing of cotton textile enterprises were built and implemented.The practice effect of the scheme was summarized.The use effect shows that the scheme could achieve the collection,analyses and treatment of all the production information.Most of the processes were covered in production management.The informatization and integration of all the business processes like the decision-making & directing,operating management,manufacturing execution and so on could be realized.It effectively supported each modules in ERP system including sale,purchasing,logistics,planning and so on.The preliminary intelligence of cotton textile enterprises was realized.It is considered that the cotton textile enterprises should adapt the situation,positively promote the intelligent manufacturing level and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of cotton textile enterprises.关键词
