Exploration and Practice of New Mode for Intelligent Spinning
摘要
Abstract
Application key points for the new mode of intelligent spinning were discussed.Development status of traditional cotton spinning industry was analyzed.The challenges and opportunity faced in transformation and upgrading were pointed out.The problems Xinjiang Esquel met during the development of intelligent spinning,the measures adopted and the effect achieved wcrc summarized.It is considered that the upgrading of management mode and thinking mode are the keys of company transformation and upgrading.The company scale and product structure should be combined during the development of intelligent spinning.Attcntion should be paid on the key elements of talent cultivation in enterprises.关键词
