摘要
Abstract
Study and application of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were discussed.The study background,chroming equipment and technology principle of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were introduced.The performance of multi-arc ion chromium plating ring were analyzed,the yarn comparison testing was conducted.The test results show that the yarn breakage for every thousand yarn spun with multi-arc ion chromium plating ring is 7 counts lower than that spun with chromium electroplated ring.The yarn evenness and hairiness are obviously improved.The service life of plating ring is much longer.It is considered that the multi-arc ion chromium plating ring is harder.It has a smoother surface,lower friction factor,better temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.The chromium plating process has better environmental protection property.The yarn usage properties are better.It has big promotional value.关键词
