Abstract

Energy saving methods and measures for yarn spinning enterprise were discussed.The power consumption proportions in each process of yarn spinning enterprises were analyzed.Started from three aspects like technology innovation,structure optimization and energy-saving management,nine energy saving reformation measures were adopted one after another which included air-condition automatic control,dust DTSF dynamic filter compensation,the update of cotton suction fan in spinning process,the elimination of centrifugal fan for air-conditioner,adopting target type nozzle in air-conditioner,reformation of cleaning system in roving frame and so on.The variety structure was optimized and the equipment was matched to make full use the maximum capacity of equipment.All staff participation was put into practice.The energy saving technology management measures like The Implementation Plan of the Reward for Energy Saving & Beneficial Increasing were established and implemented.The reduced power consumption per ton yarn/count in 2016 is 82 kW · h.The energy charge saved in a whole year is 5 362 thousand RMB.It is considered that well doing the energy saving work and production structure optimization are the foundation.Adopting effective energy saving technical measures is the key to reduce the energy consumption of enterprises.
