摘要

Abstract

Hydrogen peroxide-carbamide active oxidation system was adopted to degrade PVA.And the polyester cotton fabric was treated by pad-steam desizing.The influence of hydrogen peroxide dosage,temperature,time and pH value on PVA degradation rate and the viscosity of degradation product and the influence of hydrogen peroxide dosage,steaming time on the PVA degradation rate,fabric whiteness,capillary effect and strength of fabrics after desizing were discussed.The results showed that the optimized technology condition to degrade 1 g/L PVA is 20 mL/L hydrogen peroxide,0.6 for the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide and carbamide,90 ℃ as the degradation temperature,20 min for time and 5 as pH value.The optimized technology condition for pad-steam desizing is 60 mL/L hydrogen peroxide and 30 min steaming time.The PVA degradation rate for the fabric after desizing with optimized process is up to 96 %.The fabric whiteness and capillary effect are improved while the strength loss is minor.
