棉芦荟改性粘胶混纺双层色织物的生产
Production of Cotton Aloe Modified Viscose Two-layer Colored Woven Fabric

Abstract
Production key points of cotton aloe modified viscose blended two-layer colored woven fabric were summarized.Cotton/aloe modified viscose 50/50 14.7 tex blended yarn was used as warp and weft.TW2 W winder was adopted.The speed of CGGA114 warping machine was set as 600 m/min and lower tension,middle-speed,ensuring elongation and uniformities technology principle was adopted.Lower speed,ensuring elongation,heavier covering and balancing soakage sizing technology principle was adopted to improve yarn strength & abrasion resistance and reduce hairiness.JAT 810 air-jet loom was adopted,the speed was 650 r/min,Loom tension was 1 700 N and loom efficiency was reached above 87％.It is considered that the fabric production can be ensured successfully by processing optimization.关键词
