101例肠造口患者健康教育需求调查分析
Needs of Health Education in Patients with Ostomy:A 101-case Study

Abstract
Objective To understand the needs of health education in patients with ostomy and its influencing factors, to carry out targeted health education to improve patients ' quality of life. Methods A self-designed health education questionnaire was used to investigate 101 cases of patients with ostomy and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis. Results There were various needs of health education in patients with ostomy. During hospitalization, the main way of health education was systematic explanation, accounting for 76.2%and after discharge, telephone consultations accounted for 89.1% of the health education. The main source to obtain the knowledge about stoma were enterostomal therapists, accounting for 84.2% and the main needs of specialty knowledge were the skills of replacing ostomy bags accounted for 93.1%and the prevention of stoma complications accounted for 92.1%. Most patients need more information about diet accounted for 97.0% in their daily life. Conclusion Patients with ostomy require more about health education. Targeted and individualized health education will meet the health needs of patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
