护生不同实习阶段职业认同现状及其影响因素分析
Career Identity of Nursing Students in Different Stage of Internship and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of career identity of nursing students in different stages of internship and its influence factors, to provide reference for nursing educators and managers for the improvement of career identity of nursing students. Methods With cluster sampling, all female nursing students in 5 Class ⅢGrade Ⅰhospitals were included and surveyed with career identity scale in different stages of internship. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of career identity. Results The total score of career identity of 755 nursing students in the early stage of internship was 5.41 ±0.95 and that in the late stage 5.22±0.92 and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Educational background, the hospital for internship and career decision-making process were influence factors for career identity in the early stage while ethnic group, educational background, the hospital for internship and career decision-making process in the late stage ( P<0.05). Conclusion Career identity level of nursing students decreases as time goes by and there are various influence factors in difference stages of internship. Targeted measures should be taken by nursing educators and managers to improve nursing students ' career identity.关键词
