Environmental Safety Factors on Suicidal Behavior of Hospitalized Patients in a Class Ⅲ GradeⅠHospital and Its Management

Abstract
Objective To understand the environmental safety factors on suicidal behavior of hospitalized patients in a Class ⅢGradeⅠhospital and its management, and to put forward the prevention and management measures against the insecurity in the environment. Methods The data of 54 inpatients committing suicide from January 2008 to December 2016 in a Class Ⅲ GradeⅠhospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Inpatients' suicide was related to the public safety of the department, management of dangerous goods in public environment, hospital management system and the psychological knowledge of nursing staff. Conclusion It is indispensible to enhance the public security of the department, improve the management of dangerous goods and hospital management system and provide more psychological training for nursing staff.关键词
