内分泌科患者及家属应用JCI标准执行健康教育流程的效果观察
JCI Standard-based Health Education for Patients and their Families in Endocrinology Department

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on JCI standard for patients and their families in endocrinology department. Methods Inpatients and their families in endocrinology department were divided into observation group ( n=240) and control group (n=240). Routine health education was conducted in control group and health education based on JCI standard in observation group. Patients' health education knowledge and their satisfaction, their families ' compliance of receiving health education knowledge in 2 groups were compared. Results Patients in observation group grasped more health education knowledge including diet, symptoms, medication, pipelines, skills, activities, and self-care ability, security, auxiliary examination, medical apparatus and instruments, hand hygiene and patients rights and obligations when compared those in control group (P<0.05);health education evaluation, meeting the demand of patient education, assessment of health education effect, communication satisfaction between medical staff and patient were higher than control group (P<0.05); the compliance of receiving health education knowledge in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education based on JCI standard can improve the level of the patients' health education knowledge and their satisfaction, and enhance patients' health management and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
