永磁同步电机在港口起重机不同工况下的温度对比

Abstract
A thermal analysis model of permanent magnet synchronous motors is established according to basic principles of heat transfer and knowledge of permanent magnet synchronous motors.The main heat source in the motor is calculated through measuring changes in the current of the hoisting mechanism under different working conditions of port cranes.Ansys Workbench software is used for simulating the temperature field,through which dynamic changes in the temperature of permanent magnet synchronous motors under different working conditions of the crane is analyzed and compared,gaining the temperature changing rule of permanent magnet synchronous motors,especially permanent magnet,and presenting suggestions on the safe use of such motors.The paper provides theoretical references for further studying and optimizing permanent magnet synchronous motors for cranes.关键词
