Abstract
Forklift truck,a kind of flexible power-driven transportation equipment,is widely applied in goods transportation and storage places such as ports,railways and containers.High-quality products and low failure rate are common aspiration of forklift manufacturers and users.However,high failure rate is still a headache for manufacturers at present.According to statistical analyses,failure in hydraulic system accounts for 40％ of the total in forklift trucks,and more than 75％ of failure in hydraulic system arises from pollution of the hydraulic system.关键词
