摘要

Abstract

According to current environmental protection requirements,the travelling mechanism of bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers in enclosed coal field must meet new explosion-proof requirements."Three-in-one" reducer drive unit of travelling mechanisms used in old open air coal field is optimized based on the structural characteristics of the mechanism in enclosed coal field,and the two units (before and after optimization) are compared to make it adapt to the new requirements on the enclosed coal field.Results show that the new explosion-proof travelling mechanism is the first choice for bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers in explosive environment and can be widely applied.
