自动扶梯梯级与围裙板安全间隙动态测量与隐患定位方法研究

Abstract
An instrument for dynamic measurement of the safety clearance between escalator steps and the apron board and identifying hidden danger is developed,which can dynamically monitor the clearance between steps and the apron board during step movement,automatically calculate and identify inspection data,and accurately mark and record the position of hidden danger,making the measurement more accurate and efficient.Field tests indicate that the instrument can complete the dynamic measurement of the safety clearance,and effectively locate hidden danger of the escalator by checking the two-dimensional graph of distance and clearance value.关键词
