Treating Dysphagia after Stroke by Theory that Disharmony of Nine Orifices Is due to Stomach Disease
摘要
Abstract
The theory that disharmony of nine orifices is due to stomach disease was summarized and ana-lyzed. This theory stemmed from the The Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon,and was improved by YE Gui and WU Jutong. Throat is one of the nine orifices in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Based on this theory,the disease cause and mechanism of post-stroke dysphagia were studied,and the treatment should be tonifying middle qi,removing phlegm and unblocking orifices,tonifying marrow and opening orifices,dispersing wind and relieving spasm.关键词
