摘要
Abstract
Through the Guoyitang clinic system of the First Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University (2012～2016),cases and 100 prescriptions by Professor WU Shentao in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis were selected. By applying traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance system (V1.1),using the integrated mu-tual information method,complex system entropy clustering,hierarchical clustering,and other unsupervised data mining method,prescription law and experience by Professor WU Shentao on treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis were analyzed. According to the analysis,drugs with frequency more than 38 times were Gancao (56),Fuling (56),Danggui (48),Baishao (44),Chaihu (44),Chuanxiong (41),Huangqi (40),Baizhu (38),and Huangqin (38). When the number of support was set at 20,and confidential interval was set 0.6,the herbal pair with fre-quency more than 26 was Danggui and Fuling (30),Gancao and Fuling (28),Fuling and Chaihu (28),Baizhu and Fuling (28),Huangqin and Chaihu (27),Gancao and Chaihu (26 times). Professor WU Shentao treats Hashimoto's thyroiditis mainly through soothing the liver and clearing heat,and nourishing blood and tonify-ing spleen. There were 8 core herbal combination ,4 new formulas. This study could be a basis for using TCM treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis.关键词
