荠苨对化疗相关性血小板减少模型小鼠的干预作用
Intervention Effect of Adenophora trachelioides Maxim. on Chemotherapy-Associated Thrombocytopenia in Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of Adenophora trachelioides Maxim. on chemothera-py-associated thrombocytopenia in mice. Methods:Cyclophosphamide of large dosage was first injected through tail vein 200 mg/kg,and from the next day cyclophosphamide 60 mg/kg were given intraperitoneally 7 days to construct thrombocytopenia models,and from the second day,in the control group mice was intervened with Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.;in the experimental group,mic were treated with Adenophora trachelioides Maxim., and in the model group,mice were treated with normal saline. The platelet and marrow megakaryocyte counts in each group were compared and analyzed. Results:Compared with the model group,the decrease of platelet and megakaryocyte count in the control group and treatment group was slow during establishing the animal model,and the counts recovered fast after stopping animal model establishment (P<0.05),while there was no difference between the control group and treatment group. Conclusion:Adenophora trachelioides Maxim. can relieve marrow suppression by the chemotherapy ,accelerate peripheral platelet count recovery rate in the an-imal model,increase marrow megakaryocyte count,and can treat mice with chemotherapy-associated thrombo-cytopenia关键词
