星点设计-效应面法优化纤维素酶法辅助提取鬼针草叶中总黄酮研究
Optimized Cellulase Assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Bidens pilosa Linn. Leaves by Central Composite Design and Response Surface Method

Abstract
Objective:To extract total flavonoids from Bidens pilosa Linn. leaves through optimized cellulose process. Methods:Based on single-factor experiments,three factors of the enzyme amount,pH value,enzymoly-sis temperature were chosen to optimize the cellulase assisted extraction total flavonoids from Bidens pilosa Linn. leaves by central composite design and response surface method. Results:The best extraction process was as follows:the enzyme amount 1.14%,enzymolysis temperature 41.9℃,pH value 4.35;the optimized ex-traction rate of total flavonoids was 6.31%,which was different from the model prediction by 1.25%. Conclu-sion:Central composite design and response surface method was suitable for the extraction process optimiza-tion of cellulose assisted extraction total flavonoids from Bidens pilosa Linn. leaves. The established mathe-matical model for the predictability was satisfactory.关键词
