基于熵权改进的TOPSIS法的教师教学质量评价
Teaching quality evaluation for teachers based on TOPSIS method with improvement of entropy weight
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the teaching quality of universities and aiming at the teacher structure and teaching characteristics, the scientific, effective and operable teaching quality evaluation indexes for teachers were established based on the comprehensive abilities of teachers. The entropy method was adopted to determine the objective weight, the teaching quality evaluation method based on TOPSIS method was proposed, and the teaching evaluation system for teachers in universities was established. The results show that the TOPSIS method with the improvement of entropy weight can compensate the defect that the subjective preference has too large influence on the index system, and can better reflect the objectivity, impartiality and timeliness of the teaching evaluation. The established professional teaching evaluation system has friendly interface, is easy to be generalized, and can provide the convenient software support for the actual operation.关键词
