明胶基水敏感形状记忆共混材料的研究
Water-sensitive shape-memory blends based on gelatin

Abstract
This article reported a simple method to explore a new smart material with water-sensitive shape-memory function.Hydrophilic natural gelatin was used as the switch,and polyurethane elastomer(TPU) was as the network,to obtain shape-memory blends.The morphology and thermal properties of blends were studied by SEM and DMA,respectively.It indicated that there was good compatibility between gelatin and TPU phases.The glass transition temperature of gelatin could be reduced to room temperature when immersed into water,which reflected that gelatin can be used as the water-sensitive switch.It was found that shape recovery time and recovery ratio of the blends could be adjusted in a certain range,and their shape fixity ratio values were high,over than 70%,according to the designed shape-memory programming.Dynamic mechanical behavior of blends was also investigated,and the result indicated that storage modulus of TPU matrix could be significantly improved by the addition of gelatin.The driving force of shape-memory function of these blends is from the drastic change of their storage modulus.关键词
