Abstract
The Jiamusi-Shenyang dedicated passenger railway passes through the east of Heilongjiang province,Jilin province,Liaoning province in the northeast of china.The status and functions of this project in the railway network are studied.Based on the analysis of economic rationality,market competitiveness of tourist travel time,and the adaptability of relevant railway technical standards,the research ideas and methods for the selection of the target speed of the railway are illustrated in view of the function orientation in railway network and passenger flow along the railway.The comprehensivecomparison and analysis leads to the recommended 250 km/h target speed of the line.关键词
