Abstract
The speed target value is one of the most important technical standards of high-speed railway and the focus of the debate in the decision-making process,and it determines the selection of other technical standards.The selection of Tongren to Jishou railway speed target value is conducted based on comprehensive analysis of three different speed target values in terms of passenger flow characteristics,coordination with relevant networks,transport organization,time target value demand,project investment and investment income.The running speed of different speed target values of the whole line are calculated and analyzed with traction simulation according to the features of the project.The study results suggest 250 km/h of the target value of speed for Tongren to Jishou railway.关键词
